The man at the window was very rude . Like it was a problem he had to work... I tried to add a drink and he rudely said we don't do orders from the window

Ordered a pizza and when I pulled up to the window David the guy working there was very rude he threw the card reader at me and said here take it and was being very ugly you could tell he hated being there. He was throwing everything around including my food and drink. He gave me attitude when I asked if I can add a drink to my order, when I was signing my receipt he handed it to me very aggressively and snatched it out of my hand. THE WORST SERVICE IVE HAD

Placed an order this evening 20 minutes prior to arrival and waited an additional 30 minutes which was OK because of the amazing Tuesday promo. But what's not OK is when you finally get to the window to be told order is not ready and to wrap back around and wait who knows how much longer. Please do better on the pickup time stated on the app.

Probably just had one of the worst customer service experiences here. The guy working the counter was new and not his fault, but the what would be manager on duty needs to learn leadership and managing skills. Further while we were mid order, just trying to place an order to eat in, the guy needed help so he asked the manager and he just told him to call someone and to help a different customer that was at the drive thru.
