Very disappointing experience. We ordered pizza and not only did they get the order wrong, but the wait time was ridiculous. We waited far longer than expected and when the food finally came out, it wasn’t even what we asked for. Staff did not seem organized or concerned about fixing the issue quickly. Poor service, poor communication, and a waste of time. Definitely not coming back.

Placed my order online at 9:17pm, I didn't receive my order until 10:40pm, the manager on duty looked stressed, he kept touching his face and wiping his nose with his hands, he didn't wash his hands when he did go back to help the 2 employees. When I did finally receive my order, he didn't apologize for the delay. They gave doordash wrong order, the lady that brought the order back up there gave the doordasher that had been waiting on that order. I come damn there every week but the past two weeks have been terrible. I order the same order every time. Last week I picked my pizza up and it was sloppy as hell. I had them remake it and today it was the same thing but just didn’t realize it was sloppy until I got home. I had to eat it with a fork. Do better..

Pizza hut is getting out of hand with the shrinkflation! I paid 30 Dollars for 2 chicken Alfredo pasa bowls and they are pretty much empty! Will never purchase from pizza hut ever again. There is better bigger quality pizza for about the same price.

Friendly staff. Fast service. Food is always hot and my order is always right!
