I just ordered a pizza about 7PM tonight June 22nd 2025. It was good ,except I ordered a 3- topping pizza deal on the app. Sausage, Pepperoni, Ham. Everything was correct except It was missing pepperoni. I’ve never gave a review or called in before, but this is not the first time my order has been wrong or missing toppings.
I have been wondering why the pizza huts around have been going out of business or closing. . . The truth is most people won't say anything when they have a bad experience they will just take their business elsewhere. This place has no consistency . You can tell the employees do not truly care. The food is good one day and terrible the next. You never know if you're going to get what you paid for . It's dissatissfying . Sad really anyways we will order elsewhere
What ever you do. Do not order pick up. They apparently push delivery orders ahead of you. Couple of times the app said the food is done. So I clock out and drive there and then I'm told that it will be a couple more mins. I can't wait I have to leave without lunch because I have ti make it back to work to clock back in. This has happened more then just one time. But when. I order for delivery it shows up within 30 minutes everytime
