It's all good, staff was friendly
Ordered through app, waited long past estimated delivery time, unable to contact through phone, found out over a half hour late that order had been canceled, went in and Assistant GM Tabaias was super apologetic, remade order and offered free dessert, even though she was working completely alone. Overall service 3/10 General manager Tabaias service 15/10
Store decided to close after they accepted my order wouldn’t recommend getting ever I won’t be coming back
First I waited on hold for 18 mins and gave up called back they took my order and tryed to deliver my pizza in Columbus instead of cincinnati si still no pizza tryed to call back sat on hold for another 10 mins a finally gave up! Horrible service
