I ordered online and came in for pick up. Store was clean only waited about 15 minutes. My food was nice and hot staff always pleasant. I order from here all the time no complaints

Lost our order, but then upon sharing the screenshot of the order for this location. Changed their mind and said they did have the order. Still actively waiting over 30 minutes after my pick up time at the time of this review. Another customer waiting for their order for over an hour.

We used to order from here quite a bit, but last nights confirmed that we will no longer be doing so. I've given the benefit of a doubt and chalked up previous experiences as a one-off, but this one required my first restaurant review I've ever thought about writing. Ordered a simple large stuffed crust pizza, nothing special. When picked up, the stuffing from the stuff crust had exploded in multiple areas outside of "the crust", but the thing that brought about this review was the stupid sauce. July 29th at 2:45 p.m.. I experienced the worst customer service again! Don't shame your customers for using their rewards. That's what happened to me today. The chick up front was horrible. On top of that I didn't see anybody wearing gloves. I don't know why I go back. But this will probably be the last time.
