I visited this location due to the unfortunate permanent closure of the one I typically visited. I decided to order the My Hut Box deal, which includes a personal pie pizza and boneless wings with a sauce of your choice. I was told my order would take fifteen minutes, but I ended up waiting over forty five minutes before receiving my food. Not my thing, ever since that one employee incident 2 years ago... Even tho the store manager did reach out to apologize about it. I just don't order from there anymore.
I made an order for my son's class and the service I received was great! The staff member was so polite and helpful; they definitely made my son's birthday that much greater with how kind they were. Thank you!
