Fckrs never answer the phone.
We placed an order for delivery. They emailed us that our order was delivered and it was not. Called the store and the manager placed the phone on counter next to a loud device. Left the phone sitting and never came back on phone. I hung up and called back and no one answered. So my husband called from a different number and the Manger was on the phone swearing in the background and refused to give us an answer about whether we were going to get food or a refund. I can't rate the food because I didn't eat there yet. I picked up a doordash order. This restaurant is very clean, the employees were very nice. I asked about the gluten free crust and plan to return and try it very soon. I'll update after I do.
Just got the WORST food poisoning from here… and I have had that so many times in my life but never this bad. Enough where I’m never going to eat Pizza Hut ever again.
