Changed my delivery time 3 times once he hadn't gotten there now he's waiting on my order way past the time of delivery. Never again
Ordered pickup . Showed up bc order was ready and the place isn't even open for service today
Had a long wait, but the food was good. Pizza and wings.
Placed order at 5p. Was told delivery at 545p. Called at 630 for update and it just went in the over. Called at 730p to just cancel the order. Ridiculous.
I hadn’t had the Hut in years, thought I’d give them a try. Ordered on line on the site. I was told 25 mins. When I arrived 25 mins later, I found a lobby of a dozen ppl. Not good! I was told my order had not even been made and it would be another 20-25 mins. When I returned from my car I was told that my order STILL hadn’t been made yet. Pizza Hut…you messed up your one and only chance. I’m going to get Chinese carryout!
