I spent 5 minutes standing at the counter trying to find someone to notice I arrived and I couldn’t find any employees I had to say hello 3 times and when they acknowledge I was there they acted like I bothered them. Besides had to spend 5 more minutes waiting for the order bc they were too busy gossiping instead of finishing the order. Is not the wait time is the fact they don’t even care about the bad service they are giving.

La peor pizza que he comprado en Hialeah muy mala calidad, estaba súper quemada, la pedí de chorizo y no se podía comer de la cantidad de grasa tuve que dejarla en la mesa y toda mi familia disgustada, No regreso ahí nunca más.👎👎👎

If I could give this restaurant a -0 start, I would. The customer service is awful and no intention of helping the customer have a good experience. I have been ordering from this place since 2015. The customer service was good and the food as well. But as of 2023 I don’t know what happened. The customer service decline. My family favorite pizza and mine is Pizza Hut but unfortunately, today will be the last day I order from this location.
