I went to this location to order the $10 three-topping pizza. I ordered pepperoni, bacon, and hamburger. When I received my pizza, it had Canadian bacon and hamburger—there was no pepperoni. I brought it to the employee’s attention, and he apologized and said he would remake the pizza. After waiting another 30 minutes, I left without checking it because I assumed it had been corrected. This Pizza Hut location is a gem! The gentleman the black guy who was running the store was outstanding. He was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. One thing that really stood out to me was that after taking our order, he immediately washed his hands before preparing our food. That’s an A+ in my book because you don’t see that level of attention to cleanliness at many pizza places anymore. ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was a very disappointing experience. We ordered a hand-tossed Supreme pizza, and while the delivery was incredibly fast, it quickly became clear why. The crust was raw. Not underdone—raw.
