I have never experienced such bad service at Pizza Hut in my whole life! I ordered their special parm crust pizza which cost $3 extra per pizza. Neither had parm crust. Breadsticks came without the topping. I stood in the lobby for a 20min before I could get someone’s attention before I could even pay for my order. Terrible!! I will never return!!
We got a great deal on a good pizza. After ordering we got lost and got there very late. We called and let them know and it's ok if the pizza isn't hot since it was our fault. When we got there the employees were super nice. The pizza was fresh and hot. I really appreciated that. The pizza itself was great. Between the employees, the pizza, and the deal we got, we will be getting pizza only from here from now on
Placed order through Pizza Hut at 9pm on 8/9. They Outsourced deliver, when the drivers showed to pickup, employees would say it was already picked up.i tried calling, nobody would answer in the store. After the 2nd attempt by a driver I went to Pizza Hut. Employees told me the same and it wasn’t their problem. Do not bother wasting your money here they cant get anything right
Seems to be the only pizza hut left around and every time I get delicious pizza and a friendly face.
