I ordered a Supreme pan pizza and a pepperoni pan pizza for carryout. I was so disappointed 😔 with the pizzas. I know times have changed, and things are more costly. But the quality was so bad. There were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. Very skimpy. Even the construct of the pizza was pretty bad. Unfortunately, I have decided that I will have to remove Pizza Hut from my list of pizza places. So sad 🥺 to say.

$40 for the worst pizza and breadsticks I have ever had. The "breadsticks" was one glob of dough, uncut, with barely any seasoning on it. The pizza was tasteless, greasy and the toppings were not fresh. WILL NEVER COME BACK!! Would give ZERO stars if I could. I'd like a refund of my money. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves for a product like this!

I felt it was necessary to give credit where credit is due. I received the most delicious, perfectly cooked pan pizza from Pizza Hut (Festival at Pasadena) last night. Typically it's a hit or miss when I order a pan pizza from any Pizza hut. Because it's a thick pizza, I always order extra sauce & extra cheese to balance the dough with toppings. My main issue is with the cheese. More times than not do I ever get what I paid for. And extra cheese is charged separately and is over $3 to add it. So, with that being said, I'd li... read more
