I have been waiting for my pizza for 1 1/2 hours and it’s still not here! The people at my party are leaving soon, and then they’ll leave without eating and we’ll be stuck with lots of pizza. I ordered at 11:53, was told it would be here at 12:23. At 12:25 I received a notification it was on the way. At 12:53, an hour later, I called and they said the driver left 5 minutes earlier. As a patron for over 30 years this establishment has gone way down and it starts with management. What was once a great restaurant is a former shell of itself.
FIX YOUR PHONES! I cannot hear you with intermittent connections. I understood (I think) that you said it was because of your internet connection. Not working for tryin to fix an issue with an order.
Picked up an order staff is very friendly! Also very helpful.
