Its nothing personal against the store. I ordered delivery did not receive some of my items. I cant call the store to let them know because I keep getting directed to the call center, cant find a way to report this through the app like other chain establishments. Its only a few bucks but I won't ever order pizza hut again. Apparently they're delivery is also third party. Poor customer service on the corporate side not the store.
Manager yelled at me and my wife when we called to explain an issue with our order. She did not even apologize. Supposedly, she told us her name was Haley but at the window she told my wife her name is Ashley whatever her name is she’s a terrible manager. Clearly, everyone is leaving bad reviews for a reason. Do not waste your time going here let this place run out of business because there will be other places with better service.
