We had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut thanks to LaShonda! She was incredibly polite, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly stood out. She was accommodating with our requests and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about her customers. LaShonda is a shining example of great customer service — we’d be happy to return just to be greeted by her friendly smile again. When we finally received our carry out order, 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, one of our pizzas was made wrong. They did remake the pizza while we waited in the parking lot for another 20 minutes and our other pizzas got cold. This is a poorly run store with sub par customer service.
manager is extremely disrespectful
I called for a speciality type of supreme pizza the attendant took my order in about 15/20 my pizza was ready. She was very nice they even have a drive thru just in case you don’t want to get out the car
