I ordered the medium pizza special 2 mediums for 8.99. One of the pizzas was incorrect. I got olives instead of onions. I called the Pikesville Maryland store and spoke with Jonah (or something like that)!advised the pizza was wrong. He told me he’d make the correct one and to come pick it up. I live to far away to make another trip. I asked if it could be delivered he said “I don’t know man” I said I would pay the delivery fee he said “I’m busy call me back later” so here I sit with a pizza covered in olives. If I could give zero stars I would!
Poor customer service. Put my call on hold 12 minutes. I called back put me on hold for 3 minutes and then told me they were not excepting deliveries for my address . They could have told me that with the first call .
