Absolutely horrible customer service the girl working the cash register was nice but couldn’t figure out how to cash me out so she gets her manager who comes to counter in a very rude demeanor yells at me who am I picking up for slams my pizza out of the bag and on to counter and says she’s deaf well take the ear buds out and get a earring aid. Terrible customer service. My order was given to someone else. After waiting 30 minutes I asked for a refund and was told by Charles the manager, through an employee, to come back tomorrow to speak to Karen. I asked for the manager again. After he didn't come out and they left me standing there with no cheese bread and no refund. I pretended to take the napkin holder. All of a sudden he had time to talk to me and was really nasty. Our teen daughter placed an online order and it took about 10 minutes to the order to be ready for pick up! Cashier was super friendly and very courteous, great place to get your pizza orders.
