We decided to grab Pizza Hut on the way home from grocery shopping as we were in the area and live 20 mins away. We ordered the pizza at 4:35 and it stated pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. We got there at 4:50 for pick up. My husband paid, and at 4:55 the manager Jenn told him that I would be ready in 2 more minutes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but it has been a waste of time. The only reason I have continued to order from them is because I have credits on my account from previous issues. My most recent order I called, paid over the phone, and was sent a third party delivery driver (Door Dash), but demanded I pay him directly, and took our food and drove away when I said no. What happened to the bread sticks?! They used to be incredible, now they taste like they're made of plastic. Not cut right either but that wouldn't have saved them. Pizza was on par with little Caesars, maybe.

Horrible service, ordered delivery and after 1 hour and 30 min my husband had to go pick it up and we received cold pizza! I keep trying to contact customer service but have yet to get a response for my refund. They didnt communicate about being late on the delivery, didnt answer the phone when I called so my husband decided to go and get it and got home and it was cold.
