We just ordered the holiday treat box and they did a great job! It was even cuter in person they also filled in the gift tag! And the food was delicious! Thanks Pizza hut!

Congrats Waterville Hut! You just made me the worst pizza I have ever had. Soggy and tasteless would be an understatement. Grease seeped from the sponge-like under-cooked crust. And to think I left a tip for this carryout mess. You make frozen pizza look and taste so much better. How is this even possible. Congrats!

Ordered personal pan pizzas and they were made in foil pans. They didn't taste anything like Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas at all!! I came there specifically for personal pan pizzas cuz I like the taste. It was like we were eating bread dough. Also, there were like a teaspoon of cheese on them. Very disappointed!!

May 2025 - You can't call it a pesto pizza if you don't put the pesto on it... Most disappointing. 6/13- Again, with no sauce. Is there a shortage??? I ordered a personal with sweet sauce & I get pizza with no sauce. Good thing I had a jar of spaghetti sauce. At least they are consistent.
