Are these pizzas made ahead of time and microwaved? There is no way this was made when we ordered it, it was picked up 15 minutes after it was ordered and looked like it had been sitting on the counter for 2 hours and was only "warm" and the crust was incredibly chewy. Not to mention the breadsticks were not cut, essentially just a giant piece of toast. Really disappointing for the price.
