what. is. going. on..? playing dirty music infront kids and grandparents, dirty tables and money laying around. Drink machine doesn’t work, nasty bottled drinks are flat and not even good, ONE of the staff were okay and apologized for someone’s behavior. tables are disgusting only one clean okay looking one. they don’t answer the phone half the time and it took 30 minutes to even get drinks. It smells bad in here and it’s also really weird. A lot of people stare and it’s not clean AT ALL. and i’m not joking at all
We were there today 6/11/26 with my family and the jukebox was wide open and it took us 20min to get our drinks and the staff was not worried about us being in a booth waiting to order they waited on walk ins that came after us and it wasn't pleasant at all we will be calling the store to speak with a manager because this so ridiculous that the staff didn't even acknowledge we were waiting so long and the lobby was nasty had to find a table that was clean and we sat down and this was our first time dining here and it was awf... read more
Service really sucks no one has customer service skills at all drinks were out waiting over 10 mins just to even take our order dine in service sucks
