Always a long wait.
Food was on par for Pizza Hut. Definitely better than the Domino's and Mr. Jim's in the area. Always check online deals for savings. Walked in to someone cussing out the staff then leaving when I up to the counter. Don't know the back story behind it. Still doesn't help the overall experience.
Been ordering from this place for a while ever since they switch to DoorDash for delivery the service sucks. Pizza was not what I expected. I always ordered thin crust and my pizza was cold and soggy. They didn’t even complete my order at time of delivery. I was missing items. I can’t say anything good about this place. If they keep going the way they’re going they’re gonna lose a whole bunch of people or go somewhere else.
I am wondering if the owners know that the Pizza Hut sign is turned off late at night specifically 9:58 P.M. on a Tuesday night where they aren't schedule to be closed until 11:00 p.m. This has been happening for quite awhile (months). The only concern I have is declining sales due to customers not knowing the store is opened or even here. Other pizza huts in the area have closed due to declining sales and this sign being off is not helping. 9/22/2026
