They are always friendly and I have never had an order messed up.
Slowest laziest group of people I've ever seen. Picked up a delivery for a very small order a personal pan pizza and 2 sides took over 30 minutes to get order when nobody else was waiting. Asked why it took so long was told food has to cook no I'm sorry I worked at Pizza Hut in past that's lazy ass employees that think earning a check requires standing around with your thumb up your ass
I know we're talking fast food / minimum wage, but there has got to be some proactive accountability here. Ordered for delivery. Estimated time 30 mins out. An hour later we call, and are told it'll probably be another 40 mins, we have one cook and one driver. So 1.5-2 hours from order time with no heads up. I get it. Things happen. My order was not brought to my car until I called, then miraculously it was ready. The employee that brought it out was nice and apologetic, but she also said her manager told her they messed up one of my pizzas and had to re-bake it. If that were the case, the manager should have come out and told me as such, and should have brought my order out themselves, and not use an employee to avoid the situation.
