Worst experience ever, ordered my dinner through the app for delivery, over an hour went by, I had to leave for work. Cancelled order cause it went through 3rd party delivery service, 3 different individuals showed it was in route multiple times. Cancelled for a refund and had to get something else for dinner in route to work. Peyton said I had been refunded, 2 days go by without any refund, so I went in person to see GM, it had not been refunded yet. She is apparently the only person that can authorize refunds.
