Josh is amazing every time I come. He is always friendly upbeat and attentive. His staff as well they make coming here a great experience.
Okay , so tonight was a nightmare trying to order. I ordered 3 pizzas thru Uber and when my food came ,it wasnt mine. Come to find out Octavia ,the uber driver, ghosted pizza hut and me ! Joshua , the GM at the Largo store , was fantastic in handling the situation. After almost 2hrs of waiting and confusion he made it right. Listened to my concerns, empathetic and resolving. Thanks Joshua, you just saved us from finding another pizza place !
It’s a small location but everyone is great. Never really had any major issues and we order almost weekly with a family of 8!
