Food has always been amazing. One of the best Pizza Huts.
Every single experience here is delicious. Consistent. Accurate. Fast. Convenient drive through. They are doing things right here.
Avoid here, they just don't care how long they make you wait
I had a pizza delivered that looked well done. And the pepperonis were nearly burnt. I also found a hair in my pizza. When I tried calling Pizza Hut they picked up the phone and hung on me over 10 times. When I finally got through the manager was inconsiderate and passively rude. And I asked him as a manager was he happy with the level of customer service provided and he said most definitely.
This is the THIRD time I've been charged for a two liter soda that I never received. Then, when I call to talk to someone, I'm transferred to a call center in India or some place and now I've been on hold 13 minutes. NEVER coming back. No wonder no one goes here.
