I had hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. The food itself was mediocre and did not stand out in any positive way. However, the main reason for my one-star review is the serious sanitation issue we encountered. Bugs were present on the plates that were served to our table. This was alarming, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. This is one of the best Pizza Hut restaurants I've ever been in. Clean. Happy, kind employees, food is the best!!
I would just like to report the charging one dollar for a 1 ounce packet of sour cream is absolutely asinine and highway robbery should be ashamed of yourselves
