I ordered a medium pan pizza over the phone, the person at pizza hut read back my order as a thing and crispy, I corrected her. My wife picked it up, but assumed since I corrected her the pizza was right, it was a thin and crispy. I called back and was given the option of bringing it back or a credit, I took the credit, a few days later I ordered a pan pizza again, this time I drove, my wife went in to get it, but didn't look at it until I encouraged her to look, it was another thing and crispy. I Ordered for delivery, Kevin stated "were sold out of pan + small pizzas" therefore I ordered 2 large pizzas due to pizza hut running a special, after ordering, Kevin called back stating "were all out of hand tossed pizza, we have thin crust instead. Honestly, I was in disbelief that the pizza hut barely had anything to offer...Kevin stated "well, it is what it is sir. Would you like the large thin crust pizza or not". Went in to see if it was ok to eat in. Had several employees just stare at me. Didn't ask why I was there. Just were on their phones. I walked out.
