We're extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut's delivery service. Our order exceeded $60, yet it arrived late and in poor condition - hard, stale, and cold. The order was also incorrect. Paying a premium price for a meal that's late, incorrect, and of poor quality is unacceptable. We will not recommend Pizza Hut in Hohenwald or place future orders.
I called 20 mins before they closed and the lady said that they wasn't doing anymore orders and she was kinda rude and they was still open
Awful service waited over 2 hours just to get it and it be cold and nasty when I called asking what was going on with my order the guy that was speaking was extremely rude to me and told me if I didn’t want to wait even longer for them to deliver it I could pick it up myself knowing it’s been 2 hours overall just very upset with this place and won’t be back
