The staff here are usually very friendly! Last time I was in, they had a jerk yelling at them threatening to call the cops if they didn't refund his already eaten food, which is pretty uncalled for. The manager handled it well, I thought. The pizza is way too expensive for what you get - even with coupons they're still pricey. However, they let you substitute marinara on the pizza with their buffalo sauce, and their buffalo sauce is awesome.
We tend to order the same food items from PizzaHut location nearby. This is second time straight the 3 toppings large pizza turns up only with portion of like 1 toppings. First time we thought it was just single instance. The second time straight indicates it was purposely done by the staffs from the particular store. The tomato sauce on the later pizza also did not taste right. It tasted old. We will no longer order it from this store.
