I ordered food for carry-out. Arrived at the store at 10:16 AM to pick it up. Both the mobile app and website said that the order was ready. Supposedly they open at 10 AM, but the doors were still locked, and no one was inside. There was one employee standing outside waiting to get in. After waiting about 20 minutes, I went back home.
