One week the order wasn't ready at the 45min mark, I arrived and was told it still wouldn't be put into the oven for about 45 more minutes or so. Order canceled, got Hot & Ready Little Ceasars. The following Tuesday, I ordered a variety of items and noticed we were missing the Cinnabons. Went in to let them know and was told "Too bad. They didn't have any, so I wasn't getting any." Did the $2 promo today. Poor crew was SLAMMED. Took 2 hours to get 4 mini pizzas. There were a lot of upset customers but come on, they probably got over 100 orders in a hour. Only had 3 people there. And they were working non stop. Ordered at 5 pm and picked up at 7. Picked up just in time apparently. the pizzas were piping hot and very delicious. Thank you to the team and I hope the rest of the customers are as understanding,
Ordered a hand tossed extra cheese, sausage, bacon and pepperoni pizza with a pan of brownies. Got a thin crust veggie (cold)and a pan of brownies. Not a good first time buying from pizza hut. $55.00 dollers of someone else's cold pizza....not sure if I'm going to order again .
