Got two of the space jam deal. Forgot how much I like their pizza and breadsticks. The cinnamon sticks were also delicious!
The call center failed to confirm order (made sure it was as I ordered) and put it in wrong. Luckily the team that actually worked at the store were able to remake them perfectly as I ordered them. The team here works hard and I almost never have problems with the store itself but the call center needs to be worked on or removed all together.
This place is very aggressive about tipping. I am someone who believes in tipping waiters and delivery drivers, but if I'm coming in to pick up the food, I shouldn't have to tip someone. We placed an order online where I didn't leave a tip for this very reason and then my father went to go pick up the order and they threw a device in his face demanding him give them a tip when it was under my card information.
