Management and staff each hung up on me for requesting a refund because my pizza was extra dry even though I ordered extra sauce! When I asked if the transaction could be voided since the manager told me that she couldn't issue a refund, she hung up on me! When I called back, another staff member answered. When I proposed using the "store credit" that was "added" to my account by the manager to replace my pizzas using delivery, that staff member told me I couldn't use my credit by ordering over the phone. I order a pizza DoorDash dropped it off it was opened no sealing stickers on it I work in food as well I make sure every DoorDash order has a sealing sticker on it for customer safety cuz no telling what someone may do to the food between the store and the customer this very unsafe all delivery food sood be sealed with a sticker so customers know the food was not messed with
