Placed a delivery order which included wings. When the food arrived there wings were not included in the order. I immediately called the store and was told the wings would be sent. An hour later they had not arrived so I called the store back multiple times but no one answered. At that point I didn’t want the wings but I did want a refund. The pizza was ok but I’ll stick with domino’s and their app that doesn’t work for now on. At least they’ll send me all of the food I order.

This store did not deliver our order. Called store 3x and no one picked up. Date was 1/31/25. Called customer service on Monday and they said they did deliver. We have door cam and proof no one delivered. They then only offered a $10 coupon off a future order. Our order was $36. We demanded a regional manager call and the rep said it would be 48-72 hours. Not acceptable, and to date no call. Does the customer even matter? Buyer beware. Do not order from this store in Spring, TX. You have been warned.

Ordered pizza from here a few days ago for delivery. ETA said 7, tracking showed delivered at 7:03 and the driver didn't show up until 7:15. Sign my receipt with a $0 tip since I had cash to give the driver, and to my surprise, they added a tip to my receipt after I put a 0 on the line and totaled it. They will not answer their phones after calling for a few days. I've had decent experiences in the past with this location, but not this time.
