I'm giving 5 stars strictly for the outstanding customer service provided by Fred. Although our pizza arrived late due to only one driver being available, Fred went above and beyond to make it right. Things happen, and I appreciate the way he handled the situation—professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Thanks, Fred!
This place FAILS!!! Took my order over the phone shortly after 10am, I get there at 10:15 to pay and pick up order, doors were LOCKED, hours say 10:00am. This place doesn't respect it's customers.
