This is the 3rd week I have not heard from a manager to get my refund from almost a month ago for $2 Pizzas I ordered for my son. When I came to pick up myself and my husbands order, the worker let me know that they had sold out. She asked my name and I gave it to her and let her know my husband also had an order. Place order online, went to pick it up and they said they didn’t receive an order under my name, showed the receipt and email, still did not satisfy my order. Manager was not helpful at all, didn’t even TRY to help with resolving the issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund, or wanting to place another order, I just wanted my order originally placed online!!!!!
My order was not correct. The pizza was extremely salty. The inside of the store could use a good scrubbing.
