Did delivery..Driver was cool however food was very ehhhhh. Also had a double order of breadsticks and only got a single.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. If I could rate negative stars I would. No wonder over 300 locations are closing down, when stores like this exist. This should be the first one to close immediately. I placed my order at 6:23, the estimate time was 40-55 minutes, cool. They don’t give me a tracking number til 7:17…weird. Ok mistakes happen, they messed my order, not the first time, but this time I didn't have time to wait for them to remake pizza so they said they will issue me a credit. This was 3 weeks ago, I go in today to get a pizza and their is no credit. Guy who was working there says he is the district manager and doesn't see a credit. Says he would have known if this was a credit issued because he's always at work. Good customer service is not dead! We ordered 2 pizzas online. We picked them up and they were not correct. I called the store and they made sure to give me store credit toward my next order. I was frustrated but thankful they didn't just say the usual, "sorry about that." When I ordered the replacement pizzas they were perfect! Good amount of toppings and pan crust crispy and just right. Thank you for leaving a better taste in my mouth literally and figuratively.🤤
The place was totally dusty, there was a door saying restroom but it was not a restroom, it had a few tables and seating areas that weren't available to be sat.
