I placed two online orders around 4:30 pm for a 6:00 pm pickup. I got to the store at 5:50 and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for about 10 minutes. When someone finally spoke to me, I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes because they were backed up. At 6:15, I was told again that my food should be coming out soon, and I paid for both orders. I ended up waiting over an hour while other people came and went.
