Perhaps the worst customer service experience of my life. We called in a delivery order. The store never answered and we were finally transferred to a call center. We placed the order and the call center said they couldn't process the CC payment so they transferred us to the store. Amazingly, the store picked up immediately and processed the CC. I ordered food on the Pizza Hut website for delivery from this location, I was not able to pay with a card, I attempted to call the store on numerous occasions and no one came to the phone, the customer service number kept rerouting me to the store, which was unhelpful because they do not answer. I do not carry cash on me and I wanted to pay with a card, the order was sent to DoorDash, whom I had to call to cancel the order for the driver. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
