I placed an order tonight at 8:45-59pm and I was told that my order would be delivered within 30 minutes and I paid with my credit card. Well it's now 10:38pm the store is closed and I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Needless I'm a pissed. No one called me to tell me my order wasn't coming nor have I received my money back. Our latest BAD experience w/ this pizza hut proceeds as follows: We ordered online. We came in after 20 min to pick up and they said it would be 10 more min. So we waited outside for 10 mins. When we went in this time we were informed that they were out of thin crust and tried to call us. We asked for a refund, to which the MANAGER replied that she could not issue a refund. So we left Pizza Hut w/o Pizza and w/o our money. so order from here if you want to be robbed.
I wasn't even visiting the pizza hut in gtown but as I exited my vehicle a very nice gentlemen came up to me and put his umbrella over me as I was walking to the store next door... it was pooring down rain at the time. Truthfully I don't usually eat at pizza hut but u BEST believe I will from now on. I hope all there employees are as considerate as the one I came into contact with... Thank You whoever u are :) Im a new loyal Pizza Hut customer ♡
