Visited this location today and the first thing I saw when I walked in the door was an LMNOPQRST spokesperson behind the counter. Customer service is not what it use to be. You would think that as much as stuff cost, companies would try harder.
I would love if this location actually fulfilled any of my orders and not just canceling them without telling me. I understand that sometimes stuff happens and you just gotta say sorry maybe next time but at least tell me you canceled my order instead of me having to wait until it's well past the estimated delivery time to find out. Ordered online with specific instructions and they cant be followed. If you can't make a pizza the way I ask, then we just can't do business anymore. I tipped well and everything. I did my job but they didn't.
