I ordered my meal and they did my pizza's right. But the sides dishes and the extras I ordered. They literally messed it up and gave me whatever I'm so upset at pizza hut right now. This store needs to be closed.. I ordered my pizza at 10 and never got it. I called the call center 5 times to be put on hold and the call to hang up. No one could help, no one would understand the problem. They just said the store is under maintenance but will check then nothing. Went to the store they were open. This is crazy. Do better
I’m really disappointed with the experience I had here. I placed my order ahead of time and arrived expecting it to be ready. Not only was it not ready, but I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes with no clear update. I explained that I couldn’t wait any longer because I had to take my son to football practice and asked for a refund. They refused. It honestly felt like my time and hard-earned money meant nothing. Don’t order from this location, they are filled with employees who don’t care about anything, I was on the phone for 23 minutes!! And nobody could answer the phone. I recommend going to another location because this one sucks!
Poor service. Waited 45 minutes for a special. Then extra 20 minutes, when asked. Someone who came in after me good there order.
