We always get the thick crust pizza with mushrooms & extra cheese & beef. I'm not kidding, it's mouth watering... So freakin delicious. Also the chocolate chip cookie. It's nice & thick, really soft & is not small at all. It rivals the cookie shops that specializes in them... So yummy. LOL I could eat there practically every night... I wish! Next time I'll try & remember to take a pic or two. But usually, it disappears down our belly's before that actually comes to mind...
When you have a problem with your order, and trust me you will, they will never answer the phone. Recieved breadsticks that lookde like they got ran over by a dick flattener. Took escalating the call to the GM for them to do anything about it. They sent out new breadsticks and cinnabons as an apology which was nice. Having the store answer the phone when you call would have been better.
The pizza is great.
Meant to post this a couple of weeks ago...Picked up (2) Pizzas at 11:30 on a Saturday night. At a location I've never used. My "usual" location has been known to "skimp" on toppings, especially right before closing time. This place not only was prompt, professional, courteous... They were THE BEST Pizzas I've EVER gotten at ANY location! (I'm 58yrs "young") so I've been to a few. The man who was there appeared to be the Mgr. I've referred EVERYONE to his location! Terrible terrible service given! If I could’ve given no starts I would. The guy that worked January 1st on night shift needs to have a better understanding of how to handle/ treat paying customers. His lack of hospitality is unacceptable and quite frankly unexplainable. “Pizza Hut” he’s a representation of your company, so in that case I and my family will no longer support you anymore! Thank you.
