The last few times I have ordered from this store the order has taken well over an hour to get to my house. The app will tell you it’s already been delivered and the order will be nowhere to be found. Tonight I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks at 6:23 - it said it was delivered at 7:10 - I called they said it would be delivered at 7:38 - At 7:45 I get a text from a DoorDash driver saying he’s waiting for my order at the store. Update: I emailed them almost 2 weeks ago, per their response below and have yet to hear back from anyone. This store is a joke. We ordered the “big dinner box with pasta” we did not receive the big box but instead 2 round pizzas, a single serving of pasta, and breadsticks. The breadsticks were barely cut through, the pasta should have been at least 2 servings and the pizzas were terrible. The store has gone completely downhill over the years. Waited at the counter longer than I should have before finally ringing the bell to get someone to come. This was after making eye contact with the worker upon entering the store. Thin crust pizza was stuck to the box and undercooked. Another pizza had toppings thrown on as an afterthought.
