The pizza and breadaticks were horrible, smelled rancid. Like the smell of really bad grease/oil rancid. We couldn't even eat the pizza, I tried calling and kept getting hung up on as soon as they heard there was an issue. I did contact Pizza Hut Corporate. The boneless wings were very good but the pizza and bread sticks. Nope
Always super fast service! Haven't had any issues with incorrect orders. Glad to have Pizza Hut back in WNY!
Ordered a medium pizza and an order of breadsticks, was left at our doorstep without a knock or doorbell ring. Did not realize our order was outside on the ground until it was covered with bugs. Asked for another pizza, did not come for another hour and a half, before we called them (people on the phone didn't seem to give a shit) and told us they gave our money back. Will give an update on whether or not that will happen 🤷♂️
