Ordered delivery through the Pizza Hut app. Delivery was then transferred to DoorDash. After (4) different drivers were assigned to the delivery order, Pizza Hut said the order was cancelled due to an unexpected circumstance. Pizza Hut then proceeded to charge me $40 for the order plus fees and tip for an order that never arrived. The app showed the “cancelled” order as being prepared until midnight that night.
