Not giving this a Pizza Hut any excuses for the low rating, but I honestly think it depends on the day and who’s on shift. It’s a hit or miss but today my pizza was 10/10! Ordered two medium pizzas and 12 garlic Parmesan wings and I left no crumbs lol. Whoever was in the kitchen today, clap clap bravo!
Unprofessional and amateur staffs
Stay away! I ordered 3 pizzas that took over an hour to prepare. When my order was finally ready, they informed me that they no longer had my type of pizza type so they decide to just add all of the toppings from the 3 separate orders and combine them on to one large pizza (like table scraps being collected on one big plate for a dog)! I explained to the gentleman that appeared to the manager that one of those toppings was pork and I don’t eat pork.
