Didn't even get any food. We walked in and waited a minute before we saw anyone which is fine but then a boy comes out to do something and doesn't even greet us, it was like we weren't even there so we left after a couple minutes.

Can’t speak on atmosphere because we ordered delivery via DoorDash (we have DoorDash pass and it was less expensive) We are just passing through and can’t wait to be home in NY! Now we weren’t expecting NY quality pizza but this is a chain restaurant so we expected it to taste how it normally does. It did not. It tasted like pure salt! Absolutely wild. Yes pizza is salty but not like that. Ordered a large it was tiny. If you’re from anywhere north of Boston skip this place and the abominations they produce and call food.

I placed an online order with the "pay at store" option. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said "drive through only" so I drove up to the window. There was at least 4 people inside behind the counter. Everyone was yelling like they were having a hell of a party although all 4 saw me sitting there at the drive through window, not a single one acknowledged me or came to the window.
