I am taking the time to really provide a shout out to everyone at this Pizza Hut. We have been here several times, and have always appreciated the service and food. The workers have always gone above and beyond. See my reviews, this doesn't always happen. AND this has never happened for a chain store, as I hunt for good food, and this is a pizza place. A year ago I had a horrible experience here. We decided to give them another chance and we are so glad we did. The staff was great and the food is so much better than what we last had. We will definitely be back!

Bailey went above and beyond to make our ordering experience easy. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations based on our questions. He was very patient, kind, and invaluable. My cousin and I will visit Bailey and this Pizza Hut location soon… I recommend stopping by for a visit and asking for Bailey to experience the top-tier customer service experience! Thank you to Candy at Pizza Hut in Eldersburg. I thought I ordered online and when I went to pick it up it didn’t show up in their system. She made my order and didn’t charge me. Candy has great customer service skills and a true gem.
