No Pepsi (2lt), MD pizza was very dark (as in burnt), no extra mushrooms, which I paid for on personal pizza, the wings were VERY soft. The first wing was definitely undercooked. They want to have doordash, they can also check through the receipt also. Whoever dropped our order off, never responded.at all when they missed the Pepsi!
Very reliable and fast. Pizza quality is on point. Edit, I originally gave this place 5 stars. Tonight I ordered carryout and upon arrival the first person I saw appeared to me a manager staring at a computer screen. They knew I had walked in and avoided all eye contact. Fortunately a team member came around and took care of me and the pizza was good. My only concern is the store management. I am a 30+ year retail/restaurant store manager and cannot imagine putting that kind of image out!
Horrible location, pizza always comes out cold and poorly made/cut
Faint grease smell, but food was hot and fresh. Very flavorful indeed. Been in McKinney since 2019. First time back in years. Keep up the good work.
