The food was absolutely amazing, but the girl at the front with glasses was unbelievably rude and nasty. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Rudely raised her voice saying What’s the name!? It completely ruined the experience and made me not want to come back despite how good the food was. Reading previous reviews seems like this isn’t the first time someone’s experienced an issue with her, it’s disgusting. Management really needs to address her behavior because it’s unacceptable.
They built this store for me to run over a decade ago, I have never felt such disgust at the state of a place than this store I tried to place 1 order and received raw food that had clearly been dropped and am now getting the run around from a call center transferring me to the store and the store instantly hanging up
Our order was an hour late so they gave us a refund but then we ended up with raw chicken. Yikes.
La peor atención al cliente son lo más basuras para atender definitivamente jamás volveré pero no voy a generalizar porq en realidad fue una joven de piel morena q me atendió y fue de lo más repugnante sin motivo alguno por personas así como ella se pierden muchos clientes
