Online order delivery by Uber eats. Delivery was great. Meat Lovers melt was missing the meat. Also ordered a large cheesy bites pizza with 5 added toppings. There was very little toppings on the pizza. The Italian seasoning they used on the pizza, melt, and bread sticks was over abundant. Enough for 4 more orders of everything. I did an online order for just a large pizza. Went into the store to pick it up after about 15 min, waited about another 5 minutes. No big deal. Pizza came out and was burnt. Mgr said that’s how the Taven is supposed to be. Said he would remake it, and it would be another 10/15 min. About 10 min later I went back in and he literally brought me the exact same pizza back out and asked if it was “better” I know it was the same one because some of the slices had moved in the box, not to mention it was now cool to the touch. 5 stars on customer service. I ordered some food for delivery and it wasn't exactly what I ordered. I called back and Miss Sarah handled the mishap with respect and dignity. She was very kind and represented the company very well. Thank you so much Sarah and Pizza will remain my go to.
