This location is a DISASTER. The employees are absolutely awful and the franchise owners do NOT care. Do not let their feedback to your comment make you think differently. It is all lip service. This location has been awful for years so they just don’t care. They always have awful service or mess up our orders. I order their special of the personal pan pizza along with parmesan cheese and red peppers it was about 5 of us that order everybody got what they order but me they charge me 1.25 a pc for both my co worker picked the order up and I didn’t have all of my order I have been call ing the restaurant since 12 noon today no answer but I will be up there tomorrow for my 3.00$ please believe thanks Not a happy camper cause it don’t take 2 mins to see what the phone call is about, don’t run a special if you can’t handle it
First everyone in there looking stressed and like they hate their job. One guy I don’t know if he was quitting or just fed up. The lady at the register didn’t greet anyone just what’s your name & looking lost & stressed too. Definitely not a friendly environment. My first time going be a travel nurse in Sylacauga & that will be my last time. Definitely not work $4 wings
On Monday I placed a 25$ order for pizza it was cold and it had the wrong toppings when I tried to get a refund I called them and they kept saying “police station” or this is a prank call and kept hanging up in my face I’m very disappointed.
Placed a mobile order for pickup about an hour ahead of time. Showed up to the store and there was not a worker in sight. Someone else came in a few mins after me. We both shouted and tried to peek towards to back but no response. At this point, I’ve been in the store for at least 15 mins and I’m getting concerned that something may have happened to the worker on duty.
